Today was my first visit. The courtesy extended to me, attention to questions about brands and pricing, and quick response to a problem have ensured my continued business with Liquor Ranch. Although I live in NY I often travel to Philly. I will go out of my way on my return to NY to buy merchandise for my company as well as for my congregation. Initially I mistakenly used the wrong charge card. No problem. Quickly cancelled that order. I needed to use one charge card for my company and another for my congregation. Leter in the day I had lost one of receipts. I called. Quickly, my charge was looked up and I was told the the items purchased, the price, and tax. The owner volunteered to fax the receipt. I declined the offer, aploogized for th einconvenience I caused and thank him for being so gracious. The store was clean and well lit. Pricing was clearly marked on bottles and on shelves. Inventory location signs were clearly posted. Parking was easy. The prices were the best I had seen in this area. Shop here and you will return many times as I will.
