I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I recieved here. The staff is not knowledgeable atall, I think they hire people that don't make the cut for H&R Block, they rely entirely on their computer program while having no fundamental understanding of tax code. I had a several thousand dollar mistakes that the prepairer insisted were correct. After losing sleep over a massive tax bill I spent time on the IRS website only to find they were wrong. When brought to the attention of the owner Elizabeth she was rude and not quick to realize their mistake. After paying she rushed me out when I had simple questions about my tax return telling me "...this is not a tax school go somewhere else!" I'm still not sure if it's even completed properly but I refuse to go back and deal with them.. Overall TERRIBLE experience and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
