Upper Perkiomen Middle School provides academic education to more than 1,100 students in grades five through eight and is located in East Greenville, Pa. It provides various extracurricular activities that include interscholastic team sports, school band, chorus, talent show, newspaper, yearbook, student government, recycling club, art club, peer tutors and student government. The school has a parent teacher organization and provides accelerated reader program to students. It offers a variety of sports activities, such as basketball, baseball, cheerleading, cross country, football, soccer, tennis, field hockey, lacrosse, and track and field. The school s academic curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies, language arts and writing, reading, technology, health and physical education. The school is operated by the Upper Perkiomen School District that also operates other elementary and high schools.
