The first time I met Chris, he came out on a Sunday immediately after breakfast with his family. He fixed the problem quickly and right then I knew he was going to be my heater/AC guy. I had an issue with a newly installed heater and air conditioner and this guy drove 1 1/2 hrs from his vacation day to fix the problem with no questions asked. He's got a customer for life. I highly, highly recommend Full Service Heating and Air

That's what I look for in service providers, and Chris is exactly that. I've called for several issues within the last year, air conditioning and hot water. He resolved them efficiently and was approachable and informative in the process. Billing is fair and level of service is high. I'll definitely continue doing business with Full Service and recommend to family and friends.

While fixing my A/C I somehow made the water heater not work. Called a couple of places and none would check the breakers, told me I would have to get an electrician. Well, one call and explained to Chris what was going on and he was at my house in 10 minutes. Chris checked the breakers and low and behold, half the breaker was shot. He replaced the breaker and verified my water heater had no problems. Unbelievably personable and didn't stick me with a $60 breaker. Just excellent all around and will be my go to guy for water heater / A/C issues.

Chris replaced our existing Air Conditioner and Furnace. He also replaced my Electric Hot Water Heater with a Gas model. We called several contractors - Chris was by far the cheapest. He is very friendly, took the time to answer all my questions (and I ask allot) and explain things as he went along during the install. He was on time, professional, respectful of my property, and cleaned up as the job went along. The install went very well and we are extremely happy with Chris and the new equipment he installed. We will have him back annually for routine service. Do not hesitate to call him, you will be glad you did. Believe all the good reviews - they are 100% true.

Chris was on time actually he was early. He went right to the problem. Replace fuse and did a service call for me. He is local and he was great to deal with. I am so grateful I was able to find him. He is on the frog. He will differently be my service provider. Dogs love him too, no more panting, sleeping like babies.

My AC broke on a Sunday afternoon and this guy drove two hours to get me back up and running. You don't see service like that anymore. Highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.

Chris did an excellent job installing my new bypass humidifier. He is very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. I recommend him for your HVAC work!

My heater broke down, called Chris at 6:pm and he came right over. Was able to diagnosis the problem and get the heat on without any issues. Wasn't even charged an after hours charge. Would highly recommend

My hot water heater leaked all over at 7pm. He was here in 10 mins to replace it. Chris was very knowledgeable and nice. Couldn't have asked for better service.

My hot water heat was acting up and I didnt know how to fix it so a gave Full Service heating and air a call, and they came right out the same day and Chris had me up and running in no time! QUICK SERVICE (AFTER HOURS NO XTRA CHARGE) Hot day 100 degree, called and Chris came out shortly after hours and temporarily to have air until he could get the part needed, which was in the am the next day. He was honest, explained everything and showed us the part that was fried. VERY REASONABLE PRICE FOR ALL OF HIS WORK. Put my mind at peace, and would refer him to anyone who wants job done fast and reasonable. Would never call anyone else to do the job!!!!

We are very happy with the service that was provided by Chris. From the get go, he was honest and friendly. He gave us several options, explaining fully the pros and cons of each. He offered a more than fair price for the AC job that was done for us. We found our new AC/Heating provider!!!

It was the hottest day of the summer,temp over 100,heat index of 120 and ac not working.I was sitting there staring at the open phone book and had no clue who to call.I gazed out the window and Chris from Full Service was pulling up at my neighbor's house to service their air.I asked if he had another job after he was done there and lucky for me he did not.He came over a short time later and replaced the burned out ac fan.What more can I say...Excellent job at a fair price! I know now who to call for all of my future ac needs.
