I purchased some equipment from Rich at Penrose Truck Sales. They accepted a repair job on the equipment prior to taking posession. After a week and a half I returned to find a poor attempt at performing the services. I asked Rich to handling fixing the repair to make it right. He got mad and returned my deposit.
