Rented a unit in a duplex for a year in Canon. Very responsive when maintenance was required. Gave me back my deposit when I moved out. Highly recommend!

If your hard earned money is important to you, don't use prime realty in Penrose,Co. They will keep deposits and whatever they can. When I lost work and had to move, I gave notice, but they still charged the next months rent when I wasn't there. I even had a written agreement to be out of the lease if there were circumstances like that, losing work. But they did not honor it. They also never came for maintenance I requested. Don't use them unless you want the stereotype of the bad landlord. They give the run around and are unhelpful and dishonest.
