Wish I could no star for the experience was horrible. The house me and my boyfriend saw this morning was not that bad, but what was bad was the very unprofessional and rude property manager Kim. I could tell that the house wasn't taken care of very well for it was quite dirty and alot of things were heavily used ie (Refrigerator and stove) when on the phone yesterday we spoke with her and she said "Everything was referbished and like-new condition." That statement was very far from the truth. The story changed completely when we were there in person, "Only the windows and the tile was redone, walls repainted, carpet however was untouched and looked good enough,"as she said. She had a very rushed attitude and kept the vibe of hurry up so I can get my money not treating us like human beings...She had a my way or the highway attiude and said that she is the realtor and she knows the homes value. She even said that she had another appointment before even talking price.. more than likely a failed bluff attempt. The rent price of $910 is non-negotiable which a few houses down on the same block a larger home with 3 bedrooms, full patio, and garage is renting at 950 a month. That house is worth no more then 750 to 800 max. Its very cheap and it will cost you over $2000 just to move in. Terrible Experience anything with A Able Reality on it will instantly be a no go for us.

There are not enough reviews about this company. I encourage anyone who has rented or doing business with this company to report your experience with them. This will really help out the people that are considering renting from the company. My experience at the beginning was not great but I really didn't have much time to look for another place. I needed to move in quickly. I was treated like an incompetent idiot. When trying to express my concerns with the rental property, the person I dealt with was always rude and would not give me a chance to speak. I'm currently still renting and want out of my lease. This business with this rental company is terrible.

The service at this company is more than great! They are also very available to assist with any and all needs, and are so very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. I have referred them many times to my friends and they are as pleased with the service they have received as I am...it is only too bad that all real estate companies cannot be as professional as A Able Realty. Thank you, you guys are the greatest!
