Great product and great service. I received free shipping, but then I do not live in the middle of the Pacific.(Not that I would expect free shipping if I did lol)

We ordered over $400 of product online. We estimated shipping cost to Hawaii (free) and then verified that there was, in fact, free shipping again during the check-out process. The charge hit our credit card almost immediately but almost 2 1/2 weeks later, we'd heard nothing and had no product. We called and were told that they'd notified us that they couldn't honor the free shipping and had refunded us. That was not at all the case. The manager we talked to was unapologetic and blamed us for the issue, saying we didn't return their calls (no calls or voicemails were received) and we should've known when we ordered it that they couldn't honor that price. Poor customer service.
