I used Anytime Plumber to reset/secure two toilets in my home. Mr. JD Blankenship was the gentleman that came out. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was in route. Immediately, his knowledge of the job was obvious. He was very open and honest with me and let me know exactly what he was doing or going to have to do to complete the job. Customer service was phenomenal. I will not hesitate to contact Anytime Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Thank you Mr. Blankenship.

called their office at 7:30 this morning about a back-up of the plumbing in my home. The young lady I spoke too said someone would be here in the 12-3 slot. The technician showed up at 1045 and called me to come home I did so and he got to work on my house at 11:00am and finished before 12. Sat in his truck writing up my invoice for 10 min. I was charged 1.5 hrs labor for him working for an hour. Called the office to work it out. Owner basically told me I was getting put in the do not service list. I paid for him to sit here early even though my appt was between 12-3 and 10 minutes to write up my invoice. Seriously.

Called Anytime Plumber for a water leak, they showed up within the hour and were very knowledgable and professional!!

I first needed their services over a year ago when I had pipes leaking inside my walls. They were called in by another plumber who didn't have the right equipment to find the leak. Now I wouldn't call anyone else! Since then I've had faucet issues, disposal replacement and other leaks. Always professional, courteous, prompt. And their trucks have everything on them!

I called these people one time, they take your number and call you back, first go round, a week went by and no return call. I call back about 2 weeks later, a guy calls me back before the day was out, makes a appointment for the following week (today as I am writing this) He was suppose to be to my house by 9am, its after 1pm and no call no show...... I WILL NOT be calling again!!

These guys have an after-hours answering service, and it dispatches a plumber to contact you. The plumber calls you first, asks a few diagnostic questions, arrives in uniform and quotes the price up front. Very happy with the service.
