They were able to fix my husband's mess up on his phone since I forgot my laptop when we left Texas for a week on the beach.
Saved me a long trip to a different store and just want to state how very much their help was appreciated!!

We were told an internet install would be $199. Cable and internet $49. So we went with the bundle even though we don't watch much tv. The installer came to our house on time. Was very polite. Unfortunately the it didn't work. Something about us being 4500 feet to the box. It took over 2 hours to figure that much out. I took a half day off work. Also, its Friday which is date night for my wife and I. Instead of being out as a couple we are here with no tv, and no internet, watching the Installer try to figure out what's wrong.
