I have gotten quite a few cars from Auto Maxx thru the years. They were all super nice. With quality cars and low prices. They have been in business for over 20 years. Same owners same location. I only buy my cars from Auto Maxx. They have a great reputation in this community. That's stands for a lot.

Very poor customer service. I spoke with the manager in a very professional manner and asked for a two-week extension to pay my car off in full. Keep in mind, I had already paid the MAJORITY of the total balance, leaving about $1,000 left to be paid. He didn't seem to care that I had paid most of the balance and rudely rejected my request for an extension. He stared at me with rage in his eyes for about 5 mins breathing heavily as if he wanted to attack me. Then, without saying a word, proceeded to TRY & take my car! Also, as of today, my car needs about $2,000 worth of repair done! Which means he knew this vehicle had problems and that's the very reason he wanted his money in such a hurry! & I'm almost certain this place is racist! Steer clear! Don't walk...RUN LIKE HELL from this place!

I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to everyone! I got a great car at a great price and they couldn't have been nicer.
