My car battery was dead after my shift at Hardee’s on Navy Blvd., so I walked across and down the street to battery source. A man named David quickly responded to my entrance and immediately got to accommodating me. I told him my predicament and he agreed to let me take one of his starter kits to my car at Hardee’s if I left something at Battery Source as collateral. I left my credit card, got back to my car, and hooked up the kit. After a few tries my car started, and I brought the starter kit back to Battery Source and Mike handed me back my credit card. Mike is a very competent man and I would recommend him to anyone with car troubles and I think his knowledge and readiness to fix a problem is a testament to the quality of Battery Source as a legitimate business that you can rely on. Very poor products and very poor store warranty policy. Very accommodating when the sale is made then very uncaring if a problem arises.
