Worst customer service ever! We went in to the office in early December and changed our policies. When we tried to get a prescription in January we were told our insurance was not active. We called BCBS and they said we have to go back into the agency. Upon arrival I explained that I have documentation that we signed up for the new plan but BCBS says they have no record of it. I ask to speak to the agent that dealt with us before and was told I would have to wait in line again. I explained that I had already waited my turn last visit and I should be taken care of immediately since the mistake was the fault of this agency and the little guy at the front desk said best he can do is tell me to get in line again. I own a local business and I can tell you that when I make a mistake, that customer takes priority over everything else. I guess they don't feel this way here. Long story short, they don't care about you or your problems, they get paid by the hour and get paid if you are happy or not
