Service HORRIBLE>>>>>

I've been here a # of times and no problems. Fried mug bugs are the bomb, good steaks, decent prices, BUT there is always that 1 time that makes you want to never return and I had it. We got seated quickly, thought everything was normal until 10 minutes later and a waitress said "has anyone even been by here yet?". We had no water or utensils brought to us or asked. So the waitress brought us water and finally a drink which was the wrong drink and they couldn't find the right liquor so we got only 1 wrong drink to start although we ordered 2 of them.. So I gave it back and then we finally got 2 right drinks. We of course knew what we wanted to order already so when we ordered the drinks we ordered the food. One was an appetizer of mud bugs for $8.00. 30 minutes later she came back and said they had just put them down to cook. 15 minutes later we received them. Now we've been here about an hour. We also ordered the medium Ribeye steak dinner for $17.00. We received this about 30 minutes later. We ordered it to split and only received 1 plate,still no utensils. So they brought us another plate and "yea" utensils but no fixings for the baked potatoe. Then another waitress from a different table told us she would give us 2 free drinks for all the problems. We finally got those at the end of our meal. So I got fed up by this time and asked for a to-go box for my dog. The first waitress brought that and I picked up my untouched baked potatoe and started to put it in the box which was still "I thought" hot enough to melt the box so I put it back on my plate and in the steak juice I noticed a dead fly. Have no idea of whether it was on my steak plate or in the to-go box but when I complained of this I of course had to have a new person, who has been there "forever" Brianna said to take care of it. So instead of giving me a credit for the steak plate, I got credited for my APPETIZER. I lost my temper then and told Brianna, the 1st waitress I would take care of this without making a scene and I left. So 2 hours later we were gone. My blonde comes from a bottle and isn't real. Cristin might of been working there forever and be a GREAT employee, but if she was taught this by her resteraunts owner I would have to fire her if she insulted my customers like this. Clearly, if you know anything about anything, I should of been credited for the steak plate in which the fly was on, not the Appetizer. And the owner I was told only visits the establishment 1 time a week. I will be calling her.

Great Steaks!!

I highly recommend this steak house; great food and service. Prices are fair for the quality and size of the steaks. They are cooked to order; they have a great steak cook.
