The first time I took my 15 year old daughter there they did a good job trimming up her long hair. It takes forever with all her layers and waviness. This last time I dropped her off and walked to the store next door to pick something up and before I could get in line to pay my daughter called and said they were finished. By the time I got over there it was paid for it and we got in the car for home. I then noticed that when her hair was in front of her shoulders one side was an inch shorter than the other. I asked her how they cut it so fast and my daughter said they had her stand up while the woman bent over and cut a straight line across the back. So we turned around. Long story short they don’t give refunds and the manager defended her hairdresser. Apparently it was my daughters fault for having long hair.

I just got the most ADORABLE haircut since I moved to Pensacola at Cuts by Us today on Mobile Hwy in the Publix shopping center. Sydni is the absolute best. This is the second best haircut I've ever had in my life and believe me it's a close second. Sydni was so great and fun to talk to. She did so well on my hair that I got her to do an eyebrow wax to and it was the quickest, most painless wax I've ever gotten. The shape was perfect. I am so happy. Both services only cost me $29 total before tip. Go there and ask for Sydni. She does OUTSTANDING work.

I had the most wonderful time here today. It was refreshing. I was greeted with a smile and my hairdresser was very knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed my visit and look forward to my next haircut. Most importantly it was CLEAN! I think you will enjoy a visit to this salon I give it a 5 star rating!

Are these guys off the street? They cut hair like they've never been near hair and a scissors at the same time. Unfortunately you can't rate with 0 stars, but if you want a haircut (even short for mens.) Don't expect your desired haircut here, they just do whatever they want and have no concept of style. If any of them have nice hair, they don't get it cut at their place.
