These people are great actors. They will look you straight in the eye, smile and lead you to believe that they are good people and that you don't have to worry because they will do right by you, but as soon as you turn your back on them, they will plunge the knife deep into you. These people lack honor, integrity, and have no moral fiber. I do not recommend that anyone do any kind of business with these people, but if you choose to, I suggest you have a very detailed contract in writing signed by both parties and a witness so that you can hold them accountable and make sure they do the right thing.

Could not have been more pleased. Tree fell on my house during a storm, he responded within 15 minutes of my calling him and came the very next day to remove the tree. Finished in less than an hour and the charge was significantly less than other estimate.

Hands down the most professional group of guys I've had the privilege of dealing with in my eight plus years living in Pensacola. Colby (the owner) has a great passion for what he does and it shows. I would recommend them for any job big or small and I will definitely be using them again.

Cody has been such a blessing! I would highly recommend using Dillard Land Services! His crew did a great job! They were on time, did exactly what we agreed on for a very fair price - they cleaned up after themselves so well, except for the missing trees, you would not even know they were here! 😊

Colby is a nice guy but, you can’t get him to come to you, when he says he will. I realize these tree companies are busy but, most are not dependable. This has always been my experience. Don’t know if they are to busy or just don’t need the business. If that’s the case, just please tell me so I can move on!
