They do not guarantee their products. I ordered 6 v2 cartriges at 1.8. I got 4 1.8, 2 .6 {lites} and one box taped shut with 'full' written on box in pen. Battery doesn't hold charge. I was told to call distributor because they don't exchange or refund. 85. wasted. money. I was told I charged battery wrong. If the light doesn't turn green, missy...it hasn't fully charged! Go to the magic mist on line. They have great service and will give you a new battery.
