I fly in from NY and have her do all my alterations, awesome work & service ..Pensacola Swank must wanted service for free..

Filipina lady, she's been doing this for decades. Very friendly. Reasonable prices. Respect the hustle and she gets the job done. No problems for me here.

Worst. Place. Ever.

She tells you one place and then has to "adjust" it again afterward and charges you double the price. I had my bridesmaid dress done there. She measured and realtered it twice before she was done and it was still not done. The stitching was not complete and sloppy. Then she charged me double what she told me it was going to cost. When I asked why she raised her voice at me. This lady is unprofessional.
