Provided by YP.comExcellent Service for fixed cost. Jayleen persisted in trouble shooting my netbook freezing problem and clean up the malware she found. In addition she was able to retrieve the Outlook files I requested and burnt a CD of these files.
On her own initiative, she created a boot disk for this netbook.
I recommend her services to any business or home computer problems.
