I agree with Anon9221. I had the same thing happen to me. My children would have a procedure done and I would pay the estimated portion they claim should suffice and my insurance company will pay the other portion. However, when I receive the bill, the balance is always higher than what they stated prior. With the estimated portion I paid and the balance they claim is owed, I'm paying more than my insurance company paid and really the total cost of the procedure. It seems like when the staff change, the problems began. I'm currently looking for another dentist for my kids because I don't have money to just give to Emerald Coast.

Hour wait while they screwed around with finance by time got into chair they told me I'm sick and had to come back. The pain made grumpy I got upset and they kicked me out. Bad place to have a tooth ache in

In an effort to provide our best customer service we do look at smile reminder reviews that our patients receive once they leave our office. By chance, I saw this posting today on yellow pages and reviewed the scheduled seeing no patient that fit your statement. If that is incorrect please contact the office and ask for the Practice Manager, and she will personally resolve your concerns.

I grew up in the area and had a different dentist most of my life. when I got my own insurance as an adult I picked a new dentist as I didn't care for the one I had grown up with and I LOVED this dental office. They were all SOO nice, and they didn't hurt my teeth and afterwards you got either a massage or a hand treatment. it was simply amazing and actually made me almost look forward to going to my appointment. They are Amazing!!! HIGHLY recommended!!
