The automated kiosk took my card infomation and I had selected from the menu to choose which wash and it says to move forward when ready. However, it was evident that there was no power to the automated arm that operates and controls the brushes and sprayers. Therefore, I was charged ten dollars to my card for a wash that never happened. I had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge. there is nobody (no attendant) on site and the contact phone listed has a full mailbox. Thus, there is no way to contact anyone in the event of any malfunction, causes for concern, questions, or even if there is a safety issue to report. This business is also appears to be "unclaimed" when googled under yelp.

I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone and your car wash took $10 out of my account for 4 minutes of using the vacuum. I am going to have to go through my bank to dispute this transaction and when I do I am going to write bad reviews on every single site your car wash is listed on and then I’m going to contact The Better Business Bureau. This place is stealing money from people and I can only imagine how many people have given up since there either is no working number listed or the one that does ring no one answers and the mailbox is full. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves stealing from the public that supports you! Disgusting!
