The Hearing Life staff is understanding, compassionate and professional. Dr. Powell identified the severity of my hearing loss, listened to my personal goals and challenges, and helped me make decisions that met my unique needs. The staff has responded promptly to questions by phone and email. It is truly a joy to be able to hear the birds sing again and enjoy the conversations of colleagues and friends without being exhausted at the end of the day from lip reading to get the whole message. I am no longer afraid because I can hear what is going on around me. The care and services provided by the team at Hearing Life have been transformational for me personally and professionally. I am deeply grateful!

By far the best experience ever. My mom loved Dr. Powell and her way of explaining her new hearing aides. She made it easy for my mom to understand how to use them. She didn't give her too much information at one time. This helped my mother from feeling overwhelmed. Dr. Powell is very personable and you feel like you have known her all your life. I highly recommend her.

The audiologist was knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate; she went above and beyond to provide the most up to date information available on products and the science behind them. She cited articles (studies) that were pertinent to the why behind treating hearing loss. Everything made sense to the patient and the family. Thank you!

I’m not sure why the reviewer who gave Hearing Life one star feels competent in evaluating the services of these professionals without a personal level of involvement. My mother (yes, one of those mothers, fathers, or loved one he referred to) has been a patient of Hearing Life for several years now. She has had nothing but the most exemplary care for her hearing problems. Dr. Carol Powell is the most caring audiologist we have had dealings with. My mother has never had to wait, can get an appointment in a timely manner, has never had a problem with billing, has never had a problem with the hearing aids she was given that was not immediately addressed. They have lovingly guided my mother through the process of adapting to hearing aids as well as stepping her up to what she needs through the years. We would NEVER go to anyone else in Pensacola. The best care available.
