Terrible service. Inept ordering. They ordered the wrong part for my shoe and wanted me to accept the wrong buckle that didn't fit.

My wife Tina and I LOVE this place! Every pair of shoes we've taken for repair has been serviced excellently and on time. The two ladies are consummate professionals! The only thing I have against them is they're PHI Eagles & JAX Jags fans!! lol GO GIANTS!!!!

This place is incredible! The service is friendly and open and the pricing is nearly hard to believe. I took a pair of western boots in to have the soles replaced and cowboy heal rubber replaced. The boots were polished, the soles replaced with Italian leather and the heel sections were new. The total cost was an unbelievable $15.00!! I vote 5 Stars!
