Terrible service, terrible prices, terrible experience. After purchasing a weapon from them that was "new" it became apparent it has been fired A LOT with NO attempt at cleaning or lubricating the firearm as the bolt and chamber where coated with a thick layer of carbon and dirt. Don't trust these guys, most of the employees are respectful and treat you like a human but what I believe to be the owner talks to you like you should thank him for even letting you in the store. Save your money, time, and frustration and go to uber gun shop. They'll treat you with respect and make sure you're squared away, leaving happy and humble. Don't give these guys your money.

Went in Jays the other day with my brother. Even I know more than these guys do. He was looking for a HK94 rifle. Sales clerk kept on saying HK doesn't make a 9mm rifle.

Went to Jays Guns II in Pensacola today looking for a 1911. I found the staff to be very helpful and answered all questions I had concerning different models, They helped educate me on different models and manufacturers, I picked the gun I wanted and was giving a discount on the price listed. Very pleased with the staff. They made my purchase easier than I expected.
