This guy is a joke. I took my Onkyo receiver to him in Oct 2011. Every few weeks I'd call for the status. Every time I called Joel would say "i'm still looking for a manual". After 6-8 months he'd tell me "I found the manual, now I'm trying to find... " some type of part. I called him today, 09 Nov 2012, same story.. I told him I'd pick it up today since he has done nothing, he got irritated and said "I have alot of time invested, I'll have to take out my parts and put it back together". Really? 13 Months later, still doesn't work. I'll pick it up today, hopefully he won't ask for more than the original $30 estimate fee because he won't get jack!
