On April 30th my son and I went this KFC and went thru the drive thur and orderd the ten piece honeyed B B Q combo with a side of mashed potatoes, and had the coupon for the one free grilled piece of meat. I asked the young man for the thigh. We got home and looked at the order and not only did I not get the thigh, the combo had no B B Q. We drove all the way back and asked to redo the order. Not only did we wait 20 minutes for our redo, the girl still messed it up. I asked her was there a side order of B B Q and asked me did I want sause on the meat and said that's what I orderd. She grabbed my bag and said " OK, I'll put sause on it" in a rude maner. We did not get the mashed potatoes or the biscuits, but we did get free fries. We will not be coming to this KFC in the future.I know this makes no differance to the big money people, but it means a lot to me because I'am not working and the little money I do get, I try to spend it wisley. The girls never once said they where sorry about the mix up. and I was not the only one that night with mistakes made on their order. I hope this letter can make a change in KFC's night crew.There was a little man whom I assume was the manager, who finaly came out of his office only after a customer said she did not get her change back. He acted a little scared. Thank You.
