Not sure what's up with all these terrible reviews of Kristi's Barber Shop. My husband has been a customer for years and loves Kristi, Heather, Sandra and the shop. The best haircut he has ever had has come from Kristi's. We started taking our little boys there when they were old enough to need cuts. They love going. The barbers are very sweet and patient with them. There are toys there for them to play with while they wait and treats for them to enjoy while getting their cuts. They get the best looking little boy cuts and I am totally pleased. I highly recommend this shop, especially for a man needing a squared away military cut.

I visited Kristi and her barber shop every Sunday for three years. She is an amazing barber who cares deeply for her customers. Go to Kristis and you will be taken care of. Review below this posted in 2015,Helen quit working at kristis I believe in 2012. Keep up the good work Kristi. Best razor fade I've ever had.

I want to put 0 stars but it will not let you. Kristi is Cruella Deville on Steroids. I have never seen a more UNHAPPY woman in my life. I just went in and ask prices and I was AFRAID to stay for a haircut. She ask if I could read and showed me the prices and said SIT DOWN AND WAIT your turn. I ran out the door. I am a 48 year old man and I was scared to death. I guess you have to be Military to be brave enough to go there..They have too many other Barbers to go to and ANYBODY would be better than this Witch.

She does a great military haircut and id recommend her to any military guy or anyone that gets military haircuts

I took my twins boys in to get their haircuts. My one son had Helen, the other lady and she did a wonderful job. Kristi took my other son, much to my hesitation as she didn't seem to be in a good mood. I asked her for a surfer boy's haircut and she gave him a bowl cut and shaved the bottom part of his head. When I let her know this is not what I had expected she went off on me. She told me she was a Master License Hair Person (I don't remember her fancy title-just the Master part) and that she did give my son a surfer cut. I asked her is she could layer the top and try to fix it. Well apparently at Kristi's Barber Shop you do not argue with "The Master". She threatened to call the police on me because I told her she had a bad attitude. So I told her to call the police and she did. Before they got their she called me the "c" word right in front of my twin 6 year olds and my 2 year old daughter. Kristi told the police that I threatened her, I cursed her and that I said I wasn't going to pay for the haircuts. All of which is untrue. She wanted me to pay for 3 haircuts to correct her butchery of my son's hair. I told her only two heads were cut and I was only paying for two. The police arrived and did nothing but just advised me to follow up my unhappiness with the power of the pen.

So bottom line- if you get your hair cut with Kristi don't dare complain because she is the Master. And if you think about bring your kids for her to do their hair-DON'T!

And I am going to make sure that everyone in Pensacola knows exactly what kind of barber and business owner she is.
