Nasty place!! They are very rude, and do not keep up the maintenance. My air conditioner was blowing hot air and they had their "maintenance man/house keeper" come fix it....he sprayed L.A. Awesome in it and scrubbed the vent and said that should work, than says of not we'll try and come replace it tomorrow. I have three kids pay 205 dollars for a room and my children and I had to sleep in a room with no air conditioning!! Instead of saying I'm sorry you're experiencing this my maintenance man is only really trained in pushing a broom I will call a professional in here to look at it you and your children shouldn't have to stay in the heat. Everybody including the maintenance staff are drug addicts you can sit outside and watch the deals happening and sadly they have their kids around that, I refuse to..I Ann moving out tomorrow. I would give negative stars if I could! Not to mention you can sit in your room and watch the bugs crawl out the holes in the ceiling and through the hole in the wall the a.c. is in, when I told them about it they said it was my fault, your right it's my fault you've got two feet of swamp water behind your building you won't have drained that are causing the bugs and spiders. Oh and let's not get started on the fact there is no door knob for the bathroom just a huge hole in the door where it should be, even tho I've brought this to their attention and have been told I'll handle it, perhaps if maintenance would stop going into their room every ten minutes to hit their pipe things might actually get fixed there! This place should be condemned!!!
