I LOVED this place! My stylist Charlsey was amazing! She took one look at the hair color picture on my phone and whipped everything together. The color looked exactly like the picture and I looked like a natural red head! She gave me great tips for making it last longer too! I will definitely be visiting her again! The people at the Salon were great too! Go see Charlsey, ladies!

I was a loyal client. I had my hair done by the owner Becky when it first opened. I loved my hair cut and color the first time. Went back a second just for a haircut and was just as happy. However, the third visit to Outre for a cut and color was a disaster. Becky changed her complete line of hair products and did not use the same formula on my hair. I had sent her the picture of my hair from the first visit, so she new exactly what to do. It did not turn out correct because she used new formulas. She then refused to fix my hair. I had to pay another salon in downtown Pensacola to color correct my hair. I tried to get a refund from Becky, but she has refused. It is hard for me to understand how a business owner could treat me like this, when I was a big fan. We all make mistakes, she just needed to make it right. I would not recommend this salon.

Hands down the BEST stylist in Pensacola! I went to another salon downtown this morning and they did a hideous blotchy color job on my hair that looked absolutely nothing like the picture i gave them! It was truly a disaster of epic proportions! Fortunately, the universe had other plans and somehow i came across Outre' Salon online. Becky, who is obviously a hair angel sent from above, and a fairy sprinkling her magical beauty dust everywhere she goes, and the one and only hair whisperer all rolled into one, was kind enough to stay late and get me in right away to help! I rushed down there and not only did she fix my heart-breaking hair catastrophe, she gave me the best hair color i have EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!! I'm telling you, don't settle for mediocre anywhere else in town when you can have the best at Outre' Salon .....
