I had the Fort Walton Beach office install a child safety fence and I am very disappointed. They showed up almost two and half hours late and when they show up I expected a crew of people who have done this before. The one guy is the one that came out and measured for the job and the female with him had a messed up foot and was on crutches. I had to help bring the pieces to the fence in so she would not have to do it. The drill the brought with them was rented which is okay, but I do not believe this guy had ever used one before. Five hours later when they finally got finished installing 100 feet of fence they did some clean up and left. However, I still have dried up concrete and dust all over my pool deck that now I have to find a pressure washer to get off. My final statement is that this company is very unprofessional and I will do everything possible to avoid any of their stores.
