My husband and I have been working with Perdido Sand Realty on a property for about a month or so. The process has been very smooth and the property was very clean when we moved in. Beth, Clete, Michael and Crystal have been wonderful to work with! I look forward to continuing our relationship with them!

Awesome management company! The staff is very competent, professional, and extremely pleasant to deal with. The owner is always available to answer any questions and to deal with any problems. I highly recommend this company!!!

Courteous. Perdido Sand Realty staff are definitely experts pertaining to managing properties for out of state military and renting to military members.

I've had the pleasure doing business with Ted, Mike, Clete, and the rest of the staff now for over 4 years. They are very professional, honest and work hard for both owners and tenants. Yes, if you're being dishonest or fraudulent they will call you on it, tenant or owner. I think that's the way business is supposed to be conducted, fair and honest for all involved. Keep up the great work!!!

As a vendor, I visit many accounts per week. Perdido Sand Realty and their staff are/is are of only a few favorites. Everyone is always welcoming & such a delite to visit. I love Perdido Sand Realty.

Had the pleasure of renting from Perdido Sand Realty while we were stationed at NAS Pensacola. From finding us the perfect home to organizing the move out was an absolute breeze. Highly recommend them to both property owners and renters.

I have worked with Perdido Sands Realty for over 6 years. Always responsive, knowledgable and thorough. They have successfully managed all aspects of the rental to include advertising, qualifying and negotiating with tenants. Their ability to quickly handle repairs and requests from tenants has been phenomenal. They are ready to provide advice and solutions when issues arise.

Ted and his wife Beth are a rare team - they put their heart and soul into their business and really care about the product the produce. He definitely knows the military market, but has also been in the town long enough to feel like a local. They are on their way, WAY up! (By the way, don't be afraid to call him directly on his cell)

Me and my family have never had any problems with Perdido Sands, we've rented two separate properties from them over the past two years. When we left the first one they gave us a list of items that needed to be cleaned, which was very long, but we used it and had no problem getting our security deposit back. Both houses were in great shape and they always fixed things right away, unlike a lot of the dingy, smelly, run-down houses we've been shown in the area by other companies. AND they actually answer the phone when you call, even on the weekends. We tried to rent from My home SPot once, we couldn't even get them to take our phone calls.
