I have taken my car here several times and have always been pleased with the service. The manager is honest with me about the issues with my car and the options for fixing it. If there's a minor issue that does not need immediate attention, he doesn't pressure me to get it fixed immediately. Always treats my car well. I recommend this shop.

ONE OF THE WORST AUTO SHOPS IN PENSACOLA!! I had my car there for close to 4 weeks and nobody could tell me the problem! Chris was helpful but the other mechanics wasted my time completely! I wish I never took my car there in the first place! Terrible customer service, the manager was talking to me about my car WHILE EATING A FREAKING SANDWICH FROM FIREHOUSE as I watched the mayo dripped on the side of his mouth! I called everyday to check on my car with no news on what the problem was. I spoke with the manager about the service and he was no help what's so ever! I felt like if I spend my money to keep your shop in business the least you could do is your job! I would never recommend anyone to go to this shop! If anything go to the Profast on Davis where they actually help and talk to you with respect! I wasted my time and my money AND MY CAR DIDN'T EVEN GET FIXED!!

Sorry repair shop. Had an issue with a repair. Talked to Chris. After I arrived the second time, another person interceded. Wanted me to pay for a diagnostic. Per Chris, there was not going to be any charge. Left the place after being asked to pay again. First and last time.
