Mr. Sapp is extremely honest, very intelligent, incredably dilligent in his efforts if he is fighting your case. I am not trusting of most any attorney and David Sapp definately changed my mind! We were in forclosure, He negoticated w/ our lenders and got our interest rate reduced from 7.9% to 2% interest, which saved our home, cut our payments by more than 70%. Also this Loan Modification that he negotiated for us was not a government modification, it was a traditional; meaning it was given directly by our lender. Traditional Loan Modifications rates being cut to 2% is extremely rare. Lisa McCullar
