If I could give ZERO stars I would. ZERO customer service. Zero accountability. ZERO respect for your time. 3 failed deliveries. 3 days of missed work waiting on a no-call, no-show delivery driver. The local office and their corporate office can’t get their lies straight. Never will I do business with Home Depot delivery again as long as they do business with Serpro.
