Really unprofessional. If you see a good review for this place it's because she puts her friends and family up to posting it. Judging by how my hair turned out and how messy and dirty her children were that she kept stopping to cuss at...these people never ever had her do their hair.

Let me just say, I always like to do reviews of new places/products I try because I always read reviews about new places/products before I try them.. & please believe me when I say that everything I'm saying here is 100% true. I feel the need to let others know about my experience here..

First off, I do want to say that TIFFANY that works here is great, very sweet, professional, & talented. I got my hair cut & eyebrows waxed by her & she did awesome.. 2 days later my sister had an appt with Karen to get lowlights & blue peek a boo blue streaks..

(Let me just go ahead & throw in here some of the behavior displayed during our visit.. At one point the other owner was sitting in a hair chair next to us on the phone with a collections agency yelling & cussing him out.. I went outside for a few mins just to get away from her! Then she passed the phone to Karen, while she was doing my sisters hair, & Karen proceeded to fuss/cuss at the man on the phone followed by calling him the N word.. We were absolutely apalled.. She also had her toddler son there at work with her who was running around the whole shop on all fours, who she kept fussing at & then said to him "I wish your dad would wake his a$$ up & come get you." .... classy.)

So back to what she did to my sister's hair..

So the simple task of putting brown low lights & blue streaks underneath in my sister's blonde hair.. Sounds simple, doesn't it?

Well first go round she didn't put lowlights throughout her head, just the top portion. So when my sister pulled her hair back into ponytail position, it looked like she had a mohawk of lowlights.. So Karen put some more in, then she didn't get them even close to the scalp.. There was a good 1 inch of blonde from the scalp to where the low lights started.. When my sister showed her this Karen then threw down her comb & walked away & said "Well I don't know what to do, it looks fine to me, I'm done with your hair."... & then goes over to continue to talk badly about us to the other owner.

Let me just say, I am only 22 yrs old, & I know nothing about running a business.. But this is NOT professional behavior.. & you're a co-owner of this shop? With that kind of attitude/behavior, I can guarantee this shop will not still be around this time next year. & just as well, I don't know much about doing hair, however I do know that when you walk out of getting your hair "professionally colored", you should not have 1 inch of uncolored roots! All Karen kept saying was "Idk what you're talking about, it looks fine to me." While the other stylist there along with other customers that were there were even pointing out the roots in her hair.. Karen who smugly claims "I've been doing this for 20 years" just couldn't swallow her pride for 2 seconds, realize that there was still some work that needed to be done, & do it! Instead she refused to finish my sisters hair & still tried to charge full price!

Never in my life have I seen such unprofessional behavior in a hair salon, & I am still in shock that she is a co-owner. Like I said, they won't be around much longer. & I am even more shocked that she's supposedly been doing this for 20 yrs, but still managed to screw up my sisters hair & act like an immature child about it, & refuse to finish it. & then talk bad about us, while we were still there..

Like I said, Tiffany that works here was awesome when she did service for me.. But I wouldn't be able to bring myself to going back into that shop. It's cheap, only $13 for a haircut.. But when you pay cheap prices, you usually get cheap service.. I will gladly go back to paying $30 for a haircut to make sure I am in a professional environment with people who know what they are doing.
