This is the BEST Salon & Spa you can ever go for! From Hairstylists, Staffs, Service, and Environment. Staffs are very friendly and professionals, they will make you have a comfortable visit! We have been going here for five years, and always been happy with our visit. The shampooing part is one of my favorite here. Aside from making sure their clients will have the cleanest hair and satisfaction, they will also massage your scalp (if you'll prefer) but who doesn't like to get scalp massage?! It's the best thing ever! If you are looking for a Salon for you and your family, I recommend going in here! It will be worth it.

You will not be disappointed. I can't speak highly enough of this salon. This salon is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting, coloring, and service. I've been getting compliments daily!!

I have been going to Studio 98 for over 5 years. I recently moved to Virginia and was seriously bummed out to have to find a new salon. With that being said, I am visiting Pensacola next month and have already made an appointment to get my hair done while I'm there.

By far the best pricing you will find for the quality. They do not charge by foil like most salons. I am honestly surprised by the negative comments. I get 50+ foils in my hair for my all-over highlights along with a cut and walk out only spending $100. Most salons charge $50 for only 10 foils. It is the first salon to listen to the way I like my hair cut while also delivering a proper cut. I have had many people ask me where I get my hair done over the years (strangers and friends) and I have referred all of them to Studio 98.

Do NOT go here! Worst customer service and left with my hair looking exactly like it did when I walked in. My particular stylist did not know how to hold a proper consultation to make sure they know exactly what the client is asking for. When I told them I was unpleased they called me "cheap" and I left in tears!
