Provided by YP.comI just had my phone serviced and they did such a great job! Their customer service is great and if they can't fix it, they won't charge. This is the only place I will use for a cellphone repairs.

Provided by YP.comI have had my I pads repaired here, and at the Davis location for over a year. I have needed our two I pads repaired several times and they do an excellent job! Looks brand new every time! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They go up and beyond to ensure you are happy with the end product. Will go no where else. These guys are AWESOME!!!!!

Provided by YP.comTechshell replaced the screen on my iPhone 6 plus a few weeks ago and I have not had any problems. The screen works just like the original. My friend referred me to use this company and I am satisfied with their work

Provided by YPmobileI dropped and cracked my phone so instead of paying $200 for an insurance claim I thought I would just pay $155 at tech shell. I take my phone to get fixed and two days later I was getting a screen protector put on and the screen already cracked. I came back to tech shell to figure out why this is happening and to get a new replacement. I was told no and that I would have to pay another $100 for a screen that would do the exact same thing. I asked to talk to someone in charge who could actually help me. I waited for over an hour and was told they can get a hold on anyone. Then I was told I could come back tomorrow and see if I can catch the technician. Horrible experience, will not be coming back here or getting anything fixed! They have horrible quality and are rude. Not a very good business.

Provided by YPmobileI had my screen replaced by Techshell in Cordova mall. After a few days the screen started to separate from the frame, clear defect in the new screen. I was told by the employee "Selam Negash" that I had dropped the phone and it was my fault ( I had not dropped the phone). After I asked to speak to the manager or the owner, Selam made a call and told me the owner would not speak to me. Then when I would not leave, he called security me, this did not work in his favor, because I was making reasonable request and the security guard agree with me. Then when I requested to speak with the owner in the presents of the security guard "Selam" the employee lied too both of us and claimed he was the owner. I checked the LLC files and found that the owner is Haile Bekele, and that the LLC is filed at his personal address "1501 Newcastle Way, Pensacola, Fl. 32504" make this a place of business "and probably violating zoning laws" I would address all complaints to this address. After I pointed this out Selem ran in the back and hid. This is a awful, corrupt, and unethical business. I will be and would suggest not doing business with them. Also I have notice that the owner has posted a review for his own business here.

Provided by YP.comThey installed a new screen on my iphone 5 and it only took them 45 minutes to complete the repair. The sales staff helped choose a protective case to prevent future damage to the screen.

Provided by YPmobileTook iPhone to be put back together after trying to repair the screen ourselves with no luck. I was told that the price would be $49 to put it back together. After paying and getting in the car, we discovered that the camera wouldn't work. Went back in, expecting them to fix it, instead was told (and yelled at in front of my children) that they would take the phone back apart and I would be charged a $25 service fee! The camera worked just fine before...just had a cracked screen that we tried to repair. I don't think they hooked the camera piece back up correctly and they refused to make it right! Horrible customer service and "management" skills. Will never use them again and will tell everyone that I know about this incident. No one should have to go through an ordeal like this just to get a screen fixed!!

While I was looking at the phone case, I said to my boyfriend right in front of the clerk who was attending us, "I don't really like the color but I need one now since I like to drop my phones, haha. If we have time, maybe we can go over to Best Buy and see if I can find one I like better but let's just get this one right now." If I were the retail clerk, I would've mentioned right then and there or at least some time before the purchase that refunds are not accepted, although it should be mentioned at every transaction anyway. After going to Best Buy and finding what I wanted, within that same hour I returned to Techshell for a return. They refused. My boyfriend spoke with the manager for a while trying to reason with them and ask them if they might give us a break since we JUST bought the phone case. They said that signs are posted within the store about their no refund policy. I never saw any such signs initially, and after going back in the store, I finally saw two small printed signs taped on top of their high counter right next to each other. I literally had to stand on my toes to read these signs. I'm 5'4, not really short but average height for a lady. Because 'No Refund' policies are not common, these policies need to be mentioned during every transaction or at least posted throughout different locations of the store in an obvious manner. I cannot see how this business can maintain a profit for much longer with their obvious lack of customer service basics, and from what I've seen from other reviews, poor workmanship regarding repairs. BTW, every review I've seen for them so far has been a 1 out of 5.

Provided by YPmobileTook in my iPad to get work done that Lee promised he could do after 3 trips back and forth from home the iPad was totally broken and unfixable (it worked when I originally took it in) had to argue just to get my money back and they offered no help or compensation for the one they broke people are smart as%# behind the counter
