This shop is mediocre. The shop is very small, so when you get more than 2 people in there it's difficult to move around. The staff & owner are rude. If you try to call the shop, you can't get through because it's an automated recording. They also give false information about other shops. You would think you would want to be friendly with other shops considering what the FDA and big tobacco are trying to do.

This is a good shop. That is until something needs warrantied. Within the 10 day warranty on a MOD, and get nothing but the run around on anything that will happen with it. They ask you to list the issues with it on paper with your information, and then they say that they will get back to you. Seems like that is just put into a drawer somewhere in the back and forgotten about. The issue happened 4 days into the 10 day warranty, and did not hear anything until well after the warranty period was over. I even stopped by to ask about it several times. And yes, you have to actually go to the store because they only have some automated phone system that has very little information, and you cannot speak to an employee. The folks are cool when you're actually buying something when you are there. If not, it seems as if they push you aside. Yes, they have a good selection of juices, yet they are typically more expensive on just about anything than anywhere else in town. Hopefully things have changed recently. I wouldn't know since I have not bothered to go back.

This shop is AMAZING! They carry the best juice in town, trust me I've done my research. All of the juice comes from reputable companies from across the US. They dont mix juice in the back of the store like most shops in town. I took their FREE rebuilding class, it was an hour long, and I left feeling very confident in building my own coils. The staff is very knowlegable on all their products, and will help you with any problem you have. From one vaper to the next, check out this shop!!!
