Terrible - dishonest and untrustworthy with clothing! Do not take your items here - take them to Exclusive Cleaners on 9th and Fairfield. I brought a fur coat to Vicks for Long term cold storage. They must have ticketed the item incorrectly for cleaning instead. The owner claims the coat was sent out to another company, cleaned and then returned and that I never picked it up. Since I didn't ask for cleaning - i didn't know the coat needed to be "picked up". He claims he tried to call me three times, (which he NEVER did) yet when I was there for dry cleaning, they never told me I had a coat waiting for pick up. The manager told us the coat NEVER left the premises - that it was on site the entire time. The owner lies. Do not trust your clothing to them. Go to Exclusive Cleaners on 9th and Fairfield - they are professional and honest - Vicks IS NOT HONEST
