I will no longer support the Vinyl Music Hall, due to their refund policy on canceled concerts. The Vinyl Music Hall never answers the phone, they refer you to a company that does their tickets sales who is also unresponsive. The venue has no customer service at all. The Vinyl’s management will gladly take your money, after that you’re fucked.

We travel from Panama city bch every time there is a show there that evening. The bar staff are very fast and friendly. Especially if you tip them great the 1st time. They will be at you 1st everytime you come back to get a drink. The sound is great. And it's such a great atmosphere you feel as one with the band members. It's a great place to meet you fav musician or comedian due to its size. And it's in the perfect spot. Downtown pensacola..OTEPandEDMfan
