this has been the worst experience i have ever had with and transmission shop or car parts in general. they sent me a transmission that leaked out of the front seal since day one, and the wrong torque converter! i wanted a full refund because obviously they are incompetent but they wouldnt give me one, so i had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. worst service ever. i would have givin them zero stars but the website wouldnt let me.
