I wanted to take just a few minutes to first thank my american family insurance agent thadd pelligreen for an outstanding job and great service providing me with all around insurance coverage.if its to be insured its going to be through his office.i was there at the beginning and ill be there till the end.all his employees are so curtious and polite.if left a message they will return it.no matter how little the subject is.ive NEVER had such a respectable agent with such integrity.when i moved out of the city to tucson i asked if he couldcontinue being my insurance provider...that was over 5years ago.he still is my agent..keep up the good work thadd and your crew! I was introduced to Thad (Thaddeus) in 2008 and have used him ever since for my home and auto insurance needs. Whenever I have any questions, Thad responds quickly! He is great with getting back on email, text or phone and is always looking out for my best interest. There have been a couple of times that I spoke to Thad to inform him that other insurance companies have offered me better rates for the same services and Thad always either matches or beats their offer. I recommend Thad to everyone!
