Randy was recommended by Spencer's Appliances (where I purchased my oven). Randy repaired the problem but did something to the fan which made a metal on metal sound. He said it wasn't a problem made an adjustment and it stopped. The next day my oven was making a metal on metal sound again. I called him but received no return call. Ive left several messages which have all fallen on deaf ears and he hasn't returned my calls. I paid him on the initial visit and his work is supposedly guaranteed....but I guess it's ONLY guaranteed if he actually returns calls. Would NOT recommend this guy.

I called and left a voicemail stating that I needed my dryer repaired and that I was available that day or the next. Was called back and we set a next day appointment which he was on time for. I had the part already, asked how much it would be to fix my gas dryer and how long. Randy told me $85 and 30 minutes. I went to the bank and when I got back, my dryer was put back together and working however, I stated that I smelled gas and he told me he checked fittings and used his gas sensor/meter and everything was fine. I came back from work and the laundry room smelled of gas. I called Randy (no answer) and called SW Gas. I was instructed to not turn anything on and they were sending someone out asap. Within 5 minutes, a technician came in with testing equipment and found leak meaning gas was streaming out of the fittings. He detected the fitting was loose and never tightened. Tech said how dangerous this situation could have been fire, etc. Not happy at all and checking his licensing
