Really difficult to work with - GM screamed at me and told me to fly a kite after sale. He indicated that he did not have to perform a safety check and that I was lucky he would help with repair. After having car a week I have to pay 750.00 in repairs on a safety issue (rear differential leak) then he refused to install the navigation radio unit they said it had when sold.
Oh, they charged me 408.00 dollars on license plates and the DMV cost was 56.00. After calling, they said call the DMV for a refund. I guess that's why you have to sign an arbitration agreement.. I imagine because they have been sued.. go figure. My opinion - go elsewhere!!!

Provided by YP.comThe car was perfect and very clean when delivered. The sales staff was very helpful and explained how to work everything. Our salesman was very nice and took great care of us. We love the new car and only wish we could have gotten a Camaro too!

It was such a relief to not experience any manipulation or pressure. Another dealership had insisted on a car twice my budget and tried to get me to bring my wife over saying she'll love it. Power Chevrolet respected my requirements and quickly got to the paperwork, financing, and said they'd have it ready to pick up in days. They followed through with everything and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I was new to the area and this is the dealer most local to me. I took my 2002 camaro here for service and they were great to deal with. I scheduled service online and they were ready for the car when I arrived.

I went here to look at the new Camaro but when I found out I could afford one I was sold. They gave me a decent amount for my trade in and I love the car. I got a v8 and it rips! thanks for everything! see you in 5k miles for my first scheduled service.

My recent sales experience went about as good as anyone could have hoped for, very good. Everyone was great, from sales to finance to service! The car was detailed very well when I accepted delivery and they made sure I knew how all the features worked. They were very patient and answered all of my questions.

we are very pleased with this dealer. They were always very friendly and never pushy. I was always greeted warmly and they answered all of my questions and followed through on their commitments. They made the process of buying a new car easy and almost fun, there is a big prize at the end after all!

They took great care of me and got me a brand new Cruze. I was very happy with this car and love how it still turns heads. They were great at the dealer and helped me finance my first car. Thanks for the help and that car, LOVE IT!

Well, I bought my 2007 dodge caliber here on May 18th. Everyone was very helpful, and because my car was higher mileage, I bought their Western General warranty. Well the next day my transmission went out. The warranty service was incompetent. They were incapable of getting a tow truck to where I was on the 17, insisting it was 295 miles to the dealership. It wasn't it was maybe 30 miles. So after over an hour on the phone I gave up and slowly managed to limp my car into the dealership. They got me a rental car (but require me to pay the $250 deposit on the car) and fixed the transmission after a week. Well my dealer warranty expired last week. My car just totally broke down, alternator is busted .Well, the warranty they sold me is void because the mileage on the car was originally too high, but nobody notified me of this! Because my warranty with the dealership expired last week they wont do anything either. So nice service, Sh*t cars don't make up for it. I will NEVER recommend this
