My garage door opener unit was having trouble. The logic board was going out on my Chamberlain Liftmaster unit since it was older (1997). I have Fidelity Home Warranty (highly recommended) which referred/recommended me to Design Array Garage Door Store to fix my unit. Mike came out and did an EXCELLENT job. He was able to fix my unit by changing the logic board, program my remotes, and mount my keypad remote to the garage wall which he was so courteous to do. I highly highly recommend this company. They treated me very well and I'm glad Fidelity sent them out.

Almost every garage door company I've used in the past has been OK, but then

when I needed to have my garage door repaired again, I called on Design Array Garage Door Store because my next-door neighbor told me about them. The experience I had was far different from my previous ones with other companies. Design Array fixed the problem with a simple service call fee (very reasonable) and most importantly, did not try to sell me anything I didn't need.



I decided later to get a new door. I went to Design Array's store, and WOW! They have an actual showroom with lots of doors to choose from. While other companies could only show me samples and brochures, Design Array Garage Door Store has it all. Not only are their prices very fair, they actually gave me credit for the repair fee I had previously paid.

They know what they're doing and it shows.

My garage door broke over the weekend. I called Monday morning and was told I could have someone come that afternoon I had to delay until next morning, but tech was there on time. I was told that estimate was free and I could decide when tech got there whether or not to have it fixed. I did ask for standard charges and was given those. Technician evaluated problem and told me he would only charge minimum charge and would completely service door. He completed job promptly and neatly and was very courteous. A neighbor had recently had service done and wouldn't recommend that company because of the mess left. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I consider this company to be a AAA company. They are fast courteous and knowledgeable. I thought my door was never going to be able to be fixed...........Well much to my surpise.......they were able to fix it and my door has never been so quite! I highly recommend that you try them.

The spring on my garage door broke on late in the evening on Christmas Eve. Thank goodness it happened as I was leaving the garage. The garage door was completely unoperational. I called Design Array early on the 26th and by noon on the 27th I had the spring replaced (now I have two springs). The technician also tuned up the door. The door is totally smooth and quiet now. A fantastic job. Thank you!!
