Tamara Gallinger founded Family Partners in 2000 with a vision of building a company that helps families and those with disabilities. Then in 2002, Kristen Smith became a partner, and together they have made Family Partners one of the largest agencies in Maricopa County, offering many quality driven services. Family Partners provides therapeutic and educational services in the home and community to over 600 families in Maricopa County. We help children and adults with all types of developmental disabilities, including those who are at risk for a developmental disability. Some of these developmental disabilities are: Down Syndrome, Autism, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, Sensory Integration Dysfunction, and Preterm Infants. Family Partners continues to be one of the fastest growing agencies due to people like you and the people you refer to us. We have grown almost over night because of the quality of services we are providing in the community. Family Partners believes in what we do ; we believe we can help children and adults by providing a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment. With the dedication of over 125 staff, we are committed to offering only the highest level of quality services. Family Partners stays current on the latest techniques/skills in each service domain by supporting on- going education to all staff. We believe that sharing our knowledge with you and your family is key to a successful outcome. Family Partners' over all goal is to help each individual become independent in activities of everyday life. We do this by offering several therapeutic programs: Physical therapy, Speech therapy, Occupational therapy, Developmental Special Instruction, Child Developmental Homes ( Special foster care ) and Adult Developmental Homes ( Special needs foster care. )
