Never again. Tried to charge me Triple the advertised price. Cut so bad the salon I went to the next day to get it fixed thought I did it myself. Former owner's card and name given no longer involved with salon . License for my " stylist" not in name she uses. Two Styles available are blow out completely straight or mousse on wet hair and diffuser to dry ends. Not representative of Fantastic Sams I have been to in the past

Don't go here! Go someplace else unless you don't care how you look! Staff is horrible and the service was the worst!

Worst customer service ever! I was sold a bottle of leave in conditioner, and it broke twice. They exchanged it the first time, but the second time they refused to exchange or refund it. They are also terrible with eyebrows, don't go to any Fantastic Sam's, and especially not this one.



ps. i hope denise comes here three days a week, every week, for the rest of her life.

Terrible. Save your money and stay away from this overpriced sad excuse for a salon.
