I have been going to this Fletcher's for 8 years for everything from basic oil change to new tires and wheels to service on my vehicles. They do an honest, great job and are always straightforward with what is needed. I would recommed these guys to anyone even my grandparents!

You can usually get in and out quickly. Friendly employees. Go to the nearby coffee shop while you wait.

I was not at all happy with yesterday?s service. I needed a fluid flush & tire rotation on my Yukon XL (tires were purchased from you). I explained to the counter rep that 3tires were low on air and may have leaks the caps were missing on the valve stems indicating what tire. I dropped the car off at 10:00AM & said to call when it was complete. I had received no calls by 5:15PM. I called to check on the status said would be ready 6:0PM. I arrived at 6:00 asked the counter rep how everything went & if the tires were ok he went back to service tech to find out he said all was ok. I paid for the service went to my car and found that the valve stems were still missing the caps. I went back spoke to the counter rep I pulled the car up they put air in the tires. No one did a water test for leaks. I have always tried to keep my business in the area but moving forward I may need to look elsewhere for my service. In today?s world customer service is a big part of doing business & yours yesterday was NOT GOOD. Rick Wanninger 602-694-1784
