Ben Esho always had a passion for food and serving food for the hungry. Even when he was little, his father had a restaurant. He starting cooking and serving at a young age of 15. At that time, he knew what his dream was. He wanted to open a big Dine-in restaurant for families. When he opened Gyros Town, he felt very acomplished and happy where he was at. But he wanted more, so he opened Greek Palace!
