I dropped off a $500 Leather Roller Briefcase to have a new retractable handle mechanism installed. I did this on 11-3 & was told that order would be ready for pick-up 2-3. But they would call to confirm. The cost to repair was to be $100. After not receiving call, I called mid-February & was told that they had not started & price had increased to $150. My biggest regret other than picking this joint in the first place, is not returning to pick-up my property to take it to a reputable company. But it is a 40 mile drive 1 way & didn't want to make the trek, just to be further frustrated! Don't waste your time, this place is a JOKE!!!

I'm very impressed with their quality of work and fair pricing upon visiting this shop for the first time. They're very honest, friendly, and really went above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I will definitely be back.

Do NOT trade with these people. They do not keep track of who brings in what. They gave my $400 purse to someone without checking the sales tag. I am out the purse and my $10 repair charge. Filed a claim with police and BBB
